At The Red Dragon Centre, we’re committed to making every visit as comfortable and accessible as possible. Visitors with Blue Badges can take advantage of 42 designated disabled parking spaces, with dropped kerbs providing easy access from the car park to the Centre. Once inside, a fully accessible toilet is available opposite the radio station studios, while all venues within the Centre also provide their own customer toilet facilities. Both entrances are fitted with automatic doors to make access straightforward for all guests, and while dogs are not permitted within the Centre, we are pleased to welcome well-behaved assistance and support dogs.
We want everyone to enjoy their visit to The Red Dragon Centre and feel safe while they’re here. Our on-site security team helps maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors. The Centre is monitored by CCTV throughout public areas, providing round-the-clock coverage.
If you have any concerns during your visit, please speak to a member of our security team, who will be happy to assist. Our security personnel are trained in first aid and CPR, and the Centre is equipped with first-aid facilities and a defibrillator to respond quickly in the event of an emergency.

Our flower vending machine makes it easy to pick up a beautiful bouquet on the go. Pokémon fans can explore our dedicated vending machine, stocked with card packs, collectibles and other exciting finds. Younger visitors can also enjoy our selection of ride-on kiddy rides, adding a little extra fun to their day out.
We love seeing visitors capture their time at The Red Dragon Centre and you’re welcome to take personal photos and videos during your visit. If you would like to carry out any commercial or professional photography, videography, or filming involving our staff, please contact us in advance at info@thereddragoncentre.co.uk for permission.
From time to time, particularly during events and seasonal activities, we may also carry out photography and filming for marketing purposes, and media may be present on site. Signage will be displayed when this is taking place, and if you do not wish to appear in any footage, please let a member of our team know on the day.
