The Red Dragon Centre is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. • Process enquiries that you’ve made. If the nature of your enquiry relates to an enquiry or complaint about one of the Venues at The Red Dragon Centre we will forward to the relevant Venue to so that they can provide a direct and more relevant response.

We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent / guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide us with your personal information.

• Photo and Video release

To capture the atmosphere and culture of our events, we have representatives of The Red Dragon Centre taking pictures to be used for our marketing material. To ensure that The Red Dragon Centre protects your privacy, we would like to ensure we gain and capture your consent.

Why am I signing a Photo Copyright Release Form?
We appreciate that not everyone would like images of themselves used across marketing platforms such as social media. The attached form serves as a way to obtain and record if your permission has been granted to The Red Dragon Centre to use the photo and/or picture of the individual concerned.

The form is in place to avoid any confusion and protect both the person signing the form and The Red Dragon Centre.

What does completing this form mean?
The Photograph Content Form is an agreement between The Red Dragon Centre and the person who is being photographed that The Red Dragon Centre can use it within their promotional material.

What happens if I don’t want to be photographed?
Whilst we will take every endeavour to ensure the photographer avoids capturing pictures of your face.
We ask that you:
• Do not sign the attached form
• Do not pose for any photographs
• Inform the person co-ordinating that you would like to opt out

What if I am under 16?
In case of a child, we will request a guardian/parent signs the form for the participant. If a form is not signed by a parent/guardian we will not take/use a photograph for promotional material.
