Not only is the weather hotting up, but so are the films at RDC ODEON! With two bank holiday weekends AND a whole week of school holidays to look forward to this month, it’s never been a better time to enjoy a trip to the cinema. Here’s a look at some of our top picks coming to the big screen this May.
TULLY (15)

Marlo is a mother of three, including a newborn baby, who’s struggling to look after everything by herself. But then, her brother hires a night nanny named ‘Tully’ for her.
Charlize Theron stars alongside Mackenzie Davis in ‘Tully’, a hilarious and heartwarming comedy about motherhood.

LIFE OF THE PARTY (12A)

When Deanna’s husband suddenly dumps her, she decides to abandon her old life as a housewife, go back to university, and reinvent herself as the ‘Life Of The Party’.
Melissa McCarthy is the ‘Life Of The Party’ in this hysterical, madcap comedy that sees her reunite with Ben Falcone, director of ‘Tammy’ and ‘The Boss
SHERLOCK GNOMES (U)

The sequel to the smash hit ‘Gnomeo And Juliet’, ‘Sherlock Gnomes’ reunites James McAvoy and Emily Blunt, while introducing the voice of Johnny Depp as the great detective himself.
DEADPOOL 2 (15)
Release date: 15th May
The wise-cracking, gun-toting, fourth wall-breaking Merc with a Mouth is back in ‘Deadpool 2’, and as promised last time around, he’s bringing a friend: robot-armed warrior Cable.
Ryan Reynolds puts on the mask and shatters the fourth wall once again for ‘Deadpool 2’, alongside Josh Brolin and Morena Baccarin.
SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY
Release date: 25th May
Board the Millennium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’, an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy.
SHOW DOGS

‘Show Dogs’ follows the adventures of a human detective and his talking dog partner, as they go undercover at a prestigious dog show to try and rescue a baby panda.
