Bees may be small, but their impact is mighty – playing a crucial role in keeping our ecosystems healthy and pollinating the food we depend on. That’s why we’re doing our bit to support them.

In the coming months, The Red Dragon Centre will be buzzing with eco-friendly activity! We’re excited to roll out a range of initiatives to help our hardworking pollinators thrive.

From planting colourful wildflower meadows to filling our spaces with blooming heathers, we’re creating a safe, nourishing haven for bees and other beneficial insects. We’ll also be setting up cosy bee and bug hotels – little hideaways where our buzzing buddies and creepy-crawly pals can kick back, relax, and feel right at home.

And we’d love you to get involved! We’re inviting the young eco-champions of tomorrow to “bee” the change by taking part in a series of fun, free, and family-friendly nature events happening at the Centre throughout the year. Keep a close eye on our events page to see what’s coming up.
