There are no public toilets at The Red Dragon Centre, however customer facilities are available within each individual venue.
We have 42 car park spaces for customers who require disabled access in line with Blue Badge criteria. Curb drops have also been installed to ensure easy and safe access from the car park into The Red Dragon Centre.
There is an automatic door located at both entrances to The Red Dragon Centre.
We welcome well-behaved support dogs in-centre.

A dedicated in-house security team provides 24-hour security to the public areas of The Red Dragon Centre. (Please note that security provision inside our outlets is controlled by the individual management of those venues).
In addition to our highly visible uniformed officers, CCTV cameras monitor areas of the centre from our Centre security office. Should you have any concerns during your visit please do not hesitate to speak to a member of our security team or a member of the management team.
