August sees a whole host exciting movies coming to the big screen, including a new adventure from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a sequel to The Meg, and a horror movie based on Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Get ready for a thrilling cinematic experience!

TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: MUTANT MAYHEM

Release date: 31 July

After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic acts. Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.

From Warner Bros. Pictures comes the feature film “Blue Beetle,” marking the DC Super Hero’s first time on the big screen.

STRAYS (15)

THE BLACKENING (15)

Release date: 25 August

The Blackening centers around a group of Black friends who reunite for a Juneteenth weekend getaway only to find themselves trapped in a remote cabin with a twisted killer. Forced to play by his rules, the friends soon realize this ain’t no game.
