Ant-Man and the Wasp (12A)
Release date: 1st August
From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: “Ant-Man and The Wasp.”
In the aftermath of “Captain America: Civil War,” Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission.
Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.
Teen Titans Go! To The Movies (PG)
Release date: 3rd August
It seems like all the other superheroes are starring in films these days, so the ‘Teen Titans Go! To The Movies’ in the hope of finally getting one for themselves.
Heading to Hollywood in pursuit of their dream, the Titans are sure they have what it takes to make it. But when a new supervillain arrives in town with plans to take over the world, they find their friendship on the line in the desperate battle to stop him.
The animated series makes its way to the big screen with ‘Teen Titans Go! To The Movies’ – because if Aquaman can get his own film, anyone can.
The Meg (12A)
Release date: 10th August
Five years after being discharged from the navy, Jonas Taylor is called back into action to rescue a team of scientists from ‘The Meg’: a 70-foot prehistoric shark.
Their submersible is trapped, and the largest marine predator that ever existed is outside it. Jonas is uniquely qualified to try and fight it, having encountered it years ago. Nobody believed him then – but now he’s the only one who can stop it.
‘The Meg’ sees the great Jason Statham fight a giant shark. What more could you possibly want?
Disney’s Christopher Robin
Release date: 17th August
In ‘Disney’s Christopher Robin’, the imaginative boy who went on adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood has become an adult. But Winnie-the-Pooh re-enters his life when he needs him most.
In an impossible position at work and growing distant from his family, Christopher Robin needs help. And when it appears in the form of his old bear Pooh, he thinks he’s losing his mind – but his childhood friend has a few more lessons for him yet.
Return to the Hundred Acre Wood in ‘Disney’s Christopher Robin’, for one more adventure with Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet.
The Spy Who Dumped Me

Audrey and Morgan have their lives thrown into chaos when they discover that Audrey’s ex-boyfriend is a spy. He is, as Audrey puts it: ‘The Spy Who Dumped Me’.
When he unexpectedly shows up at their apartment with a team of assassins on his tail, they find themselves caught up in the world of international espionage, forcing them to go on the run and, ultimately, find a way to save the world.
‘The Spy Who Dumped Me’ is a rip-roaring action comedy starring Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon.

An epic story of a desperate fight for survival during the Ice Age, ‘The Solutrean’ chronicles the journey of a young caveman fighting the elements to try and get home.

Blackkklansman (15)
Release date: 24th August
Ron Stallworth, an African-American detective in the 1970s, answered a newspaper advert seeking new members for the Ku Klux Klan to try and infiltrate the organisation. He became the ‘BlacKkKlansman’.
By pretending to be a white supremacist on the phone and sending a white officer in his place to any meetings, he was able not only to join but to rise up through the ranks. Using his unique position, he managed to sabotage a lot of the Klan’s activities.
Spike Lee directs and Jordan Peele produces ‘BlacKkKlansman’, an unbelievable true story starring John David Washington.
