After months and months at home with our significant others, it can be challenging to come up with appealing Valentine’s plans. But what if we told you that you could still have your perfect date, but at home? We’ve planned out the evening so that you don’t have to, and don’t worry, all of your favourite Red Dragon Centre activities are still a part of it!

• Takeaway Treats

Two of our delicious restaurants, Five Guys and Zaika, are still open for takeaway and delivery. Five Guys is the place to go if you want proper American food, with more than 250,000 possible topping combinations for your Burgers, Hot dogs and Sandwiches. Not to mention 1,000 different Shake mix-in combinations! Whereas if you fancy something a little hotter, Zaika Asian Cuisine is an Asian and grill restaurant that serves a variety of regional and traditional dishes native to the Indian subcontinent.

However, if you want to show off your own culinary skills this Valentine’s Day then you can order a Bella at Home kit from Bella Italia. • Games Galore

True, you may not have a state-of-the-art casino like Grosvenor’s or a Hollywood Bowl bowling alley in your living room (or maybe you do!), but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. Gather 10 empty bottles and line them up, roll up some paper to make a ball and away you go! Grab a pack of cards and set up your own blackjack counter on the breakfast bar!

• Something to Sip On

There’s nothing like sipping on a Blue Lagoon whilst making googly eyes at your Valentine across the table in the Cardiff Bay Tavern. Swap out the Tavern for your kitchen and that doesn’t have to stop – make your own! Cocktail (or mocktail) making is a great way to have some fun on Valentine’s Day, whether you follow a recipe or create your own mixture, everything you need can be bought along with your essential shop.

• Movie Madness

We are all missing cinema this year, and while we all wish we could have the full cinema experience, you can still have a romantic film night. All you have to do is turn the lights down low, pick your favourite film and snuggle in to get a similar experience this Valentine’s Day.
